There are specific rules that the developer must follow for any app in Apple Arcade:

• No Ads
• No In-app purchases
• The developer must already have developed an app meeting the App Store Submission Guidelines

I don't see where the developer has even created an iOS version of the app, let alone the other requirements. Apple can't force developers to create apps for their platform.
