My digital Apple Gift Card purchase cancelled

I bought digital Apple gift card from Apple website and the payment for it was done ,after that a msg showed mentions that the card will be available in 24 hrs . then i received an email with an order no. for the card purchase , unfortunately , when i clicked the order no. a msg showed mentioned that the card is cancelled and i don't know the reason for cancelling the card.!!

i tried to contact apple support but the support steps keeps me running in a loop and never find what i need or help with my issue . what should i do now ?!!

Was the Apple Online Store, your payment method, and the recipient’s Apple Account all in the same region and use the same currency?

Not 100% certain what you mean by this, but it’s quite possibly a contributor to your experience.

yes ,it was Apple online store ,payment done by Canadian debit card and the transaction was completed ,my recipient is Canadian Apple Account , although the purchase made it from outside Canada ,However ,the payment was complete and i received an order number .
