How to turn off MIDI device unavailable alerts in Logic Pro

At startup and whenever USB devices join or leave Logic Pro displays a warning alert for Midi devices that are no longer available. I don't power up all my USB connected devices as I have a lot of them. I know who supress Audio USB alerts but it seems that once I use a USB for a Midi device Logic Pro keeps track of it and it expects me to want to use the devcie again. Is there a way to turn off all Midi device alerts.
