iCloud upgrade to iCloud+ - not working on Big Sur.

i cannot buy icloud+ through system settings on my mac. when i try to purchase, the app takes me to itunes then an error message comes up "there was a temporary problem completing your request. the requested resource could not be found." I am using Big Sur version.
