Photomator: Family Sharing issue with lifetime license

hello,

I bought the lifetime license for Photomator. Photomator has family share but my wife cant download the app (with a lifetime license) we already activated "share purchases" and of course we are activated as a family in the settings

I checked everywhere but cant get it working. any suggestions?
