Gift card not received after iPhone 16 purchase

please, I need help i purchased a iPhone 16 and a 75 dollar gift card came with it I did not receive the gift card via email and I tried resending the gift card via email nothing came through please help me, because i ordered a MacBook I don’t want ro end up not be able to receive the other.
