How do I get the Repeat All button to work?

I listen to Apple Music at work. Or try to, I try to listen to Apple Music at work, but the app doesn't want to repeat my queues. I press and enable the Repeat All button, but then the next time I use Music, the Repeat All is off again. How do I keep the Repeat All button on?

Any help is appreciated. I have a Music subscription. I really want to use it to listen to music all day. But the app just refuses to keep letting music play. Constantly just stops. Repeat All button off. I have to turn it back on again and again.
