iOS Calendar reverses first and second alert times
Is anyone else bothered by the fact that for the last couple of years the iOS Calendar app automatically reverses the First and Second alert times?

I've noticed that as well on my iPhone (iOS 26.6). It doesn't bother me much on the iPhone, though.
It's a little bit more challenging on a Mac (at least macOS Sequoia 15.7.8) as you can set more than 2 alerts on a Mac and the alert times reorder themselves at random (see below). I have to read each of them if I want to add a new one and avoid duplication.
You could let Apple know, though: Product Feedback - Apple.
