MacBook Pro (Sonoma): Aggregate devices gone, audio glitches

Hello, I updated my OS to Sonoma 14.8.4 months ago. Im running on a Macbook pro 2021, M1, 16GB Memory.

I use aggregate devices for my music, and yesterday out of nowhere all my aggregate devices were gone. I had maybe 7 of them, only one of them (my main one) had more then 4 devices running at once.

I rebuilt the aggregate device when the issue happened and kept working, but today I recorded drums (which use 2 devices, the others are in the aggregate device but not required for recording drums) and I kept getting glitches in my recordings. I confirmed that the audio files themselves had the glitch so I know my DAW (REAPER) did not have a playback error.

Why am I having issues now but not for the past 5 years? What could I be doing differently to have caused this issue?
