Apple Watch: adjust sleep interruption accuracy?
Apple Watch sleep interruptions are far more than my other two devices report and I’m pretty sure that I did not wake up that many times. Can I adjust a setting to improve this?

To manually correct the result, I open the Health app -> Sleep -> Today -> tap on the Sleep graph, scroll down the next screen to -> Show all data -> All Recorded Data -> Awake ->> Awake Intervals -> swipe the incorrect data to the left to delete it, or tap on the "Edit" button to do so.
Since recent watchOS versions, Apple uses the accelerometer to track sleep, and the Sleep app on the watch does not work as before. When I turn around while sleeping and my watch arm moves more than usual, the watch thinks that I'm awake and will record a couple of minutes in the "Awake Intervals"
You should also report this directly to Apple Techs by using the Feedback link. The more users do that, the more likely we will see an improvement, hopefully.
