how do i locate and document access to my iphone and ipad for my estate executor in the event of my death
Request access to a deceased family member’s Apple Account - Apple Support

Your executor would have to obtain a probate court order for Apple to allow access to your data. I'm pretty sure you can’t set this up in advance.
