Some apps won't open on iPhone 13

I Force Update after EVERY iOS update. Do you do this --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Have you tried deleting the app, restarting the iPhone and downloading a fresh copy of the app from the Apple App Store? I see that you have and it works. I think that’s your best path forward at this point.

Which apps? If you updated your iPhone recently, the app developers may not have updated their app(s) to work with the new iOS version.

You would need to contact the app developer to ask about the app(s).

Do you have a VPN installed on your iPhone? That can affect some apps but not others.
