Logic Pro fails to open

Logic Pro purchased with my MacBook Pro reports that it may be damaged or incomplete and to install from app store. If I do so it forces me towards a subscription when I understood I had purchased a Lifetime license.

Have I missed something?

Looking in my Apps it shows but only with an Open button.

Should I delete/uninstall Logic and will I then be able to reinstall the full license without subscription?

Go into the Apple Support app on your MacBook and get to the option to have Apple call you. Make sure that in: Settings, Apps, Phone you’re letting calls from Unknown callers come through and ring. Otherwise, the return call from an Apple Support Advisor will go straight to Voicemail.

I alway’s ask the Advisor to request Remote Access to my Mac so they can see the problem on their screen, while I demonstrate the issue. That always leads to a faster solution than trying to explain the problem and them having to ask you a lot of questions.
