Home Sharing not connecting to library

For years I've been using Home Sharing with Playlists of movies/tv shows.

EVERY NIGHT I put on a playlist.

Macbook Pro 2015 ---> Apple TV's (x4 in the house) all can see and connect with no issues.

Before anyone from "Apple" literally gives me the rundown of troubleshooting. I've been there, done that and if I've been playing shows from Home Sharing for the last 15 years you know my devices are ALL signed in with the same apple ID and there's only ONE network to connect to in this house. This was literally OUT OF THE BLUE that this happened.

I've already done the bare bones....

I've restarted all devices

I've RESET the Apple TV (4k model)

All software up to date.

I'm definitely logged in with the ONE and ONLY apple ID that it requires

After RESETTING the Apple TV, I was then able to see the library but then anything I attempted to play came up with "Unable to load content".

Please .... assistance would be grateful.

I can't even fathom this happening "out of the blue". It's always worked even through router changes and NBN boxes swapped etc.

And how would I even know what device is using 2.4 or 5?

Apple TV in Bedroom, won't load the library, then it loads but then won't play content. Restarted it, now it won't load the library

Apple TV in Living room, "at first" it wouldn't load the library, restarted it, loaded the library, but content wouldn't load, restarted it again, now it does load the library and the shows.

I'm literally at a loss here
