FaceTime/iMessage: номер привязан к другому аккаунту

faceTime и imessager не видят номер телефона и при активации пишет, что

произошла ошибка, на телефоне айфоне такого не было, так же Айклауд пишет, что этот номер нельзя использовать доля FaceTime и iMessage, так как он привязан к другому аккаунту, но никакого другого аккаунта на это от номера не создавался

faceTime and imessager do not see the phone number and when activating it says that there was an error, there was no such thing on the iPhone, also iCloud writes that this number cannot be used share FaceTime and iMessage, as it is tied to another account, but no other account was created for this number
