Sync Apple Watch data to iPad with different iCloud accounts

i have my Apple Watch signed in to one iCloud account, but I want to sync the data on my iPad iCloud account. How would I do that?

That’s not a feature of Apple Watch, and not easy to get the data into two accounts.


Probably: back up, un-pair, re-pair, and restore the old backup. Maybe.


Sync continuously across two Apple Accounts isn’t an option.


Usual would be an iPhone and iPad using the same Apple Account.


With the same account and current versions, the Health data can be configured to sync.


AFAIK, iPad doesn’t sync exercise data with Apple Watch.
