Guided Access on iPhone works once then becomes unavailable

guided access dosent seem to work anymore it works once then it says guided access not available I restart my phone it works once then says unavailable again and yes I didn’t try it on the settings app I opened multiple different apps but it only works once then you have to restart the phone so it works again
