iMessage messages are sending as green instead of blue

Your messages are showing green because they’re being sent as SMS texts instead of iMessages, which happens if iMessage is turned off, the recipient doesn’t have iMessage or there’s no internet connection.

Are you having this problem with one person or multiple people? Remember that, to send an iMessage, both parties must be signed into iMessage and have an active data connection.
