My home pod mini can't recognize my voice even thought I'm set to the primary user. My dad had to register it because otherwise it wouldn't be in the Home app with all the other devices. I have Siri turned off on my iPad since my iPad is usually in the same room as my home pod and it keeps triggering on my iPad instead of the home pod. I've tried to clean reset it multiple times but it doesn't work. What do I do

have you tried to set up your personal voice on the HomePod anew to see if the issues persist
