Keeping in mind that we are not Apple, no, that can't be turned off. The app is attempting to access the internet. The warning is there to let you know it can't get to it.
2. When I want to turn off Bluetooth or WiFi in the Control Center, I want it to be "TURNED OFF", not automatically connecting later, and don't ask me to do it in the settings otherwise why bother adding them as a quick button.
That's not how it works. If you want them turned off, you need to do that from settings. If you don't like the way it works, you can send Apple feedback at https://apple.com/feedback
3. When I use an app in landscape mode, the mail app for example, and later I only use it in portrait mode for 5 days or more, now when I play a game in landscape and try to switch to the mail app (which is in portrait), the thumbnail displaying the current app doesn't show the correct image, it shows what I was doing 5 days earlier, which means that each app have two thumbnails for each mode, and that's very stupid I think, just give me the updated image in any format.
