Waves Grand Rhapsody V17 not in Logic Pro instrument list

Waves Grand Rhapsody V17 not showing up in Instrument list on Logic Pro 12.3

Have re-installed Grand Rhapsody; it's showing up in the plugin manager; have rescanned plugins just to be sure... but there's no sign of it (or indeed any "Waves" folder) under AU Instruments.
