Mac Studio HDMI out greyed out

A/V out to monitor. I have been using the Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor 3G for quite some time. Nice gear but often time I cannot get it to work. So...going back to HDMI out from my Mac Studio with no luck. When I go to settings, it is greyed out. Thoughts? Thank You.
