None of the third-party material in the iTunes Store they host is included.
When you open the Apple TV app or access through the Web, select the Apple TV tab in the sidebar and all the content there you can view for free. If you have the Home tab selected, then you may see content available through other third parties that require a subscription. Stick with the Apple TV tab and it will be far less confusing.
You are getting the entirety of the Apple TV original content catalog,. formerly known as Apple TV+ with Emmy award winning shows like Severance, Ted Lasso, Silo, Slow Horses, The Studio and many many more and award winning movies like Killers of the Flower Moon, CODA, Greyhound, F1 and many others.
You also get full access to all MLS matches and all Formula 1 events if you are in the US.
You don't get access to other commercial content or 3rd party streaming services like Netflix or Prime though if that is what you are asking.
