Child’s account with Find My app problems.

Recently got my daughter setup with her first phone. She has a child’s account. Not sure what is going on with it but at first I could see her in find my app and also get request notifications for downloading apps. Now I cannot get either. She can see me on find my app but when I send my request to see her location she cannot accept it. Weird thing is on my computer I get the request notifications but still can’t see her on find my app.
