Your question doesn't make much sense as written, so I'm going to make some assumptions here...
First, I'll assume that you're using Mail.app, and that it's currently configured to use your Apple Account for email (typically an @iCloud.com address).
Additionally, I'll assume that you have a separate account managed by Google and that you want to use Mail.app to manage this account too (or instead of.. your option).
Fortunately, Mail.app can manage multiple mail accounts simultaneously. Just use Mail -> Add Account...
Enter your Gmail email address and follow the prompts to log in.
Mail will now connect to both Apple's and Google's mail servers to manage your mail (you'll see two separate Inboxes listed, one per account.
If you don't want to use the Apple Account and exclusively use the Google one, you can turn off the Apple Mail account in Mail -> Settings -> Accounts -> iCloud -> Enable this account -> Off
