New Apple MagSafe charger not working
Brand new MagSafe charger not charging iPhone 14 or 16 pro. This is after restarting phones and they are updated.
Where did you buy the charger? Can you return it for another?
Better yet, if you bought from a storefront, can you take one or both of the phones along to test a replacement charger on site?
