ถ้า macOS 14 Sonoma หน้าจอดำทุกครั้งหลังล็อกอิน แต่ก่อนล็อกอินยังเห็นหน้าจอปกติ ปัญหามักเกี่ยวกับ โปรแกรมที่เปิดตอน Login, Finder/WindowServer, หรือการตั้งค่าผู้ใช้ มากกว่าจอเสีย

ลองตามลำดับนี้ครับ:

1. บูตเข้า Safe Mode

• • ปิดเครื่อง
  • เปิดเครื่องแล้วกดปุ่ม Power ค้างไว้จนขึ้น Loading startup options
  • เลือกดิสก์ Macintosh HD
  • กด Shift ค้างไว้ แล้วเลือก Continue in Safe Mode
  • ลองล็อกอินดู

1. ถ้า Safe Mode เข้าได้ปกติ ให้ไปที่
2. System Settings → General → Login Items

• • ปิดรายการที่อยู่ใน Open at Login
  • โดยเฉพาะแอปเกี่ยวกับจอภาพ, DisplayLink, VPN, antivirus, window manager หรือ utility ต่าง ๆ
  • Restart แล้วลองใหม่

1. ถ้ายังดำ ให้ทดสอบว่าเป็น บัญชีผู้ใช้ หรือระบบ macOS:

• • สร้างผู้ใช้ใหม่ที่ System Settings → Users & Groups
  • ล็อกเอาต์แล้วลองเข้าบัญชีใหม่
  • ถ้าบัญชีใหม่ใช้งานได้ แสดงว่าปัญหาน่าจะอยู่ใน profile ของบัญชีเดิม

1. หาก Safe Mode ก็ยังดำหลังล็อกอิน ให้ลองเข้า macOS Recovery แล้วใช้ Disk Utility → First Aid ตรวจดิสก์

ถ้าบอกผมเพิ่มได้ว่า ตอนหน้าจอดำยังเห็นเคอร์เซอร์เมาส์ไหม, และ กด Command + Option + Escape แล้วมีหน้าต่าง Force Quit ขึ้นหรือไม่ ผมจะช่วยไล่หาสาเหตุให้ตรงจุดกว่านี้ได้ครับ

macOS 14 Sonoma — Black Screen After Login

The screen goes completely black every time I log in.

If macOS 14 Sonoma shows a black screen every time after login, but the screen works normally before logging in, the problem is often related to login items, Finder/WindowServer, or the user account settings, rather than a hardware display problem.

Try the following steps in order:

1. Boot into Safe Mode

• • Shut down your Mac.
  • Turn it on and keep holding the Power button until Loading startup options appears.
  • Select your Macintosh HD disk.
  • Hold Shift and select Continue in Safe Mode.
  • Try logging in.

1. If Safe Mode works normally, go to:
2. System Settings → General → Login Items

• • Disable the items under Open at Login.
  • Pay particular attention to apps related to displays, DisplayLink, VPNs, antivirus software, window managers, or other utilities.
  • Restart and try logging in again.

1. If the problem continues, test whether it is related to your user account:

• • Go to System Settings → Users & Groups.
  • Create a new user account.
  • Log out and try logging into the new account.
  • If the new account works normally, the problem is likely related to the original user's profile.

1. If the screen still goes black even in Safe Mode, boot into macOS Recovery and use:
2. Disk Utility → First Aid
3. to check the disk.
