I want to get back my gift card to my account
Ive accidentally entered the apple gift card pin into another Apple id account how can I return it to my personal apple id

That’s a pretty hard accident to make.
Those funds are in the “other” Apple Account for ever more. (Unless Official Apple Support intervenes on your behalf)
