Change default subtitle style in Final Cut Pro?

Final Cut Pro 12.3 - Can the default style for generated Subtitles be changed?

I'm using FCPX to create subtitles for platforms like TikTok, IG Reels etc (1 video, multiple platforms kind of workflow). Every time I create the subtitles, it defaults back to yellow highlight etc.

Is there a way to maybe change the default style or create a new style I can apply?

OK, it doesn't take long to set animation style, highlight colour etc, but doing that each time becomes a bit of a pain.

If it can't be done then so be it but ya gotta ask eh LOL
