Keynote's 'Fade and Move' animation timing seems out of sync

Has anyone else noticed a change in Keynote’s “Fade and Move” animation?

The fade now seems almost instantaneous, while the movement happens much more slowly. The timing between the two effects feels out of sync, making the animation look noticeably choppier than it used to.

I’ve created hundreds of Keynote decks, and this has always been one of my go-to effects because of how smooth it looked. Was this animation recently updated, or could it be a glitch? Has anyone else noticed the change or found a fix?
