Beats wired earphones stopped working on my iPad 7 but works on my iPhone 13. Both devices have latest iOS software.

Maybe the headphone jack / usb port on your iPad has suffered hardware damage? Can you check it with other wired earphones to see if the issue persist?
It's not working on 2 iPads and working on two iPhone 13. In my option Apple changed the firmware.
the iPhone 13 has a later iOS version of them all. I did fail to mention it is a Beats earphone. Apple earphones work fine. Again it did work when I first got them. When I plug them in it brings up a window saying Connect.
after pressing connect it keeps saying try again. Thank you for your reply.
