Timezone and Location Services are not working on Mac

My timezone and my location services are not working. I think the timezone is because of my location services I did everything that I possibly can. You guys can tell me a solution but I don't think that will work I just need help contacted the apple support but I just restarted the Mac and failed to reconnect at support and they are out of clock rn so I really need support yes my device is updated yes I am connected at wifi.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 26.6
