Thin line appearing on MacBook M5 display

Dear Apple Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding my MacBook M5, which I purchased approximately one month ago. The device is still covered under Apple’s limited warranty.

Recently, I noticed a thin line appearing on the display. The laptop has never been dropped, exposed to any physical damage, or mishandled. It has been used carefully since the day I purchased it, so I was surprised to see this issue develop.

As the device is still under warranty and the issue occurred without any accidental damage, I kindly request that Apple inspect the MacBook and provide a warranty repair or replacement if appropriate.

Please let me know the next steps and any information you require from me, such as the serial number, proof of purchase, or diagnostic details.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Bashaar ***

Hi,

You'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there, if you purchased your MacBook Pro at retail or online AppleStore or Apple Authorized reseller.

As you told, you need to proof of purchase date with reciept or similar documents to proof purchased date.

Welcome and thank you for reaching out. 🤗

There appears to be a problem with the internal display. Only a certified Apple technician can determine the cause and offer a complete solution.

Therefore, I recommend service.
