How to export MIDI projects as singular audio files in Logic Pro 12.3 without an 'Advanced' option?

Exporting primarily MIDI projects as a whole AIFF file with Logic Pro results in the following message:

There/s nothing to export. Either the project contains no audio regions, or no audio driver is active!

Sure, there's no raw audio there (yet in the pursuit of aesthetics, Logic has decided to produce faux sound waves for those MIDI regions, but that never stopped ANY OTHER DAW IN THE HISTORY OF MODERN MUSIC PRODUCTION. Even GarageBand, the baby brother, can do it.

And yes, I've done the research. All answers are outdated, there IS NOT AN "ADVANCED" option in the SETTINGS menu!

Logic needs to divorce themselves from Apple, ASAP. All focus on aesthetics with ZERO dedication to functionality and actual use. Just because anybody can make something sound musical by using Logic, doesn't mean it's a good DAW.

Now, does anybody have any clue how to rectify this? Apologies for my insulting tone, but this is ridiculous.

Thanks in advance; with love,

AL

It is true that the current version of Logic Pro has no 'Advanced" option. This is because all the 'Advanced' features are enabled already by default. So there's that.

Advanced features: In Logic Pro 12, the complete set of features are now always available. The Advanced pane is no longer available in Logic Pro Settings.❞

As for exporting a MIDI project as an audio file in AIFF format, MIDI is not audio data.

You can get an AIFF file of the project by bouncing it.

File > Bounce > Project or Section...

Finally and by the way, the current version of macOS is 26.6.1. You might consider applying the update to your Mac mini.
