Intel MacBook Pro 2020, MacOS does not boot but Windows does

I'm using MacBook-Pro 2020 Intel processor, 16GB RAM, 13" with 4 USB-C thunderbolt ports and enough free disk. Using Bootcamp I am working in Windows 10 environment. I'm unable to switch back to MacOS either through Bootcamp option switching from Windows taskbar or by pressing Option key during startup. During boot by pressing Option key, I'm able to see Mac-HD and Windows but MacOS boot does not go through. I see the Apple logo for quite a while and it disappears and returns. The Apple logo keeps appearing and disappearing. I left the Mac running for several hours to see if anything changes, but nothing changed. Logo loop continued. I restarted several times but same situation recurs. Internet Recovery option simply loops back too after some time without performing anything. Both with Wifi and ethernet cable hookup download but nothing happens and Internet Recovery screen reappears.

I am able to boot Windows and work. This issue is reported from Windows. Please suggest how to recover from this situation and be able to restart MacOS. OS is up-to-date as of mid-July 2026.
