Perhaps some clarity issue may resolve with more info

however there are online web sites with information on

this, with example(s) I found with duckduckgo search:

Cell Tower Locator & Cell Tower Map | Find Cellular Towers Near Me, Signal Strength, FCC Data

https://celltowerfinder.com/cell-tower-locator

Tower Maps - Home

https://www.towermaps.com/

OpenCelliD - Largest Open Database of Cell Towers & Geolocation - by Unwired Labs

https://opencellid.org/

While not knowing where your inquiry heads, some

are a simple search away with a desktop computer

or if you like to stare and look down, a smartphone.

This community is associated with the Apple macOS Server product.

macOS Server was an Apple product that added server capabilities to macOS.

In versions through macOS 10.13, macOS Server added a GUI management tool, as well as DNS, Mail, Jabber, DHCP, LDAP, and other services to macOS.

Yet earlier of OS X Server versions were an entire separate and dedicated distribution. And cost USD$5K and USD$10K, depending on the user count limit selected/].

macOS Server did have a few versions after 10.13, with limited MDM capabilities.

The macOS Server product has since been discontinued.
