My iPhone 16e experiencing app crashes, iTunes sync error, and cellular issues

I bought an iPhone 16e a little over a year ago. Last week I started having issues with apps crashing. Any non factory installed app crashes at launch unless I open it at least 1 day beforehand, if I open it long enough before trying to actually use it, it’ll work. When I plug the iPhone into iTunes on my PC I sometimes get an error that says "The iPhone "iPhone 16e" cannot be synced. An internal device error occurred". In addition, cellular does not work inside multiple buildings miles apart from each other in which it used to work completely fine, now I have to go outside to use the phone. I also rarely ever get more than 2 bars of service now even in a populated area. I still have the same carrier so that should not be the issue. I tried updating to the latest iOS (when it started it hadn’t been updated in a while), I’ve tried force restarting it, and I’ve tried uninstalling apps. it has about 30gb of free space so it’s not because it’s too full. Does anyone know what’s wrong with my iPhone, because what it’s doing doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. This stuff didn't start happening until about a week ago

There are two types of cables: one designed solely for charging, and another that both charges and enables data transfer.

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.

Learn how to identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning-based accessories.

To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.

If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.
