How to cancel a pending Chatlulu subscription charge on Apple Account?

Hello. I have a pending charge of USD 39.99 for a Chatlulu annual subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription, and it shows “You have cancelled your subscription.” However, the USD 39.99 charge is still showing as Pending in my Purchase History. The payment has not been completed yet. I do not want this charge to be processed. Could you please cancel/void this pending charge if possible?

We as apple users on this user to user support forums cannot I am afraid. It seems like that the renewal process was already initiated before the cancellation came through. You might want to Contact - Official Apple Support to ask iTunes Store support staff if the pending transaction needs to be posted in your account first and that you can opt in for a refund, or that they can clear the pending charge
