iCloud Calendar: Invites are .ics, cannot add invitees
Cannot respond to invites, as Incoming meeting invitations to both email addresses associated with my iCloud Calendar arrive only as .ics attachments. Does anyone know of a solution for me?
My iCloud Calendar itself syncs normally across iPhone, iPad, iCloud.com and Outlook for Windows. Ordinary events save normally.
However, incoming meeting invitations to both email addresses associated with my iCloud Calendar arrive only as .ics attachments and never appear in the iCloud Calendar Inbox, despite both addresses being configured for “In-App Notifications”.
In addition, on iCloud.com I can create and save an ordinary event, but if I add an invitee, iCloud Calendar gives the error: “Changes could not be saved because of a server error.”
