In this case, I suspect that all that you have won is Monopoly money – play money, not real money. And following links from the App Store listing for the "Monopoly Go" game to the developer's Web site eventually leads to Monopoly Go – Support . On that site, searching for "rewards" leads to Monopoly Go Support – Missing or Delayed Rewards .

You would have to contact the developer of the app. It is not an Apple app, so they would have no idea where your funds are.
