Apple TV Version Upgraded to 26.6 and HomePod Software also up to date but while OTT content is being watched in Apple TV whenever we forward the content HomePod stereo are getting muted or disconnected and again if we go to Home App and reconnect audio is being played. I have tried resetting the devices and reconnecting the devices again but same problem is arising
First try this:
Toggle Default Audio Output: On your Apple TV, go to Settings > Video and Audio > Audio Output. Switch the output back to your TV speakers, restart the Apple TV, and then reselect your HomePod stereo pair.
You can also try to cancel your stereo pair and set them up again to see if the issues persist
Yeah, tried as per your suggestion, same issue repeating, HomePods are working fine with YouTube and Live TV channels, even if I forward content in YouTube it’s working fine, only issue is with OTT platforms. I hope I will find solution soon
