Working to hard to give you money.

why cant i pay my subscription with apple pay. I have the card in my wallet but I don't know the number. It is pretty stupid it is securely in my wallet yet can not be used for outstanding subscription charges? Quite frustrated. Can not download anything because of balance. Cant pay balance because i am at work; away from my credit card. But its in my apple pay wallet which is foreign to the regular wallet.? Why? I suggest more streamlined. Im pretty upset to be honest. 4 hrs of work yet and I cant even play my game over a charge that could be paid had your system not been so archaic. It doesn't autofill or anything. Makes me want to cancel my purchases im exhausted trying to give you this money…

I can understand the frustration. The card being in Wallet doesn’t necessarily make it the payment method your Apple Account is using for App Store purchases and subscriptions.

Go to Settings > your name > Payment & Shipping. If Apple Pay is available as a payment method for your Apple Account region, you can add it there. Apple Pay is supported for Apple Account purchases in the U.S. and a number of other countries and regions.

Since you already have an outstanding balance, also look for Fix Payment Information there. Apple says you can retry the charge or add a new valid payment method; once the balance is paid, downloads and subscriptions should work again.

You shouldn’t need to cancel your purchases just to resolve the balance.
