How do I prevent Apple Music from deleting playlists and improve its overall performance?
Hi.
So I've been trying the month free trial for Apple Music for about a week so far and I really appreciate the UI and the sound quality, which is what had drawn me in. But oh my god. The glitches might be the thing to make me switch back. I use it on my iphone and my macbook. Making playlists on the mac app is a horrendously slow, tedious, glitchy process, so I only make them on my phone. Half the time, I hit play and the songs take a good few seconds to load in. Skipping, replaying, pausing, and playing, is all a little bit buggy, when I feel like that should all be the one thing that's being done 100% right.
Today I made a playlist of about 30 songs or so. I was listening to it after I finished making it – got about three songs into the playlist, when it suddenly stopped playing halfway through. I figured the app just crashed (annoyingly not the first time this has happened in my week of trialing AM) but no. When I reopen the app, I find that my entire playlist has deleted itself. The playlist exists with the cover and title intact, but the songs are all completely gone. Checked it on my mac too, it's all gone. Googled, apparently this is something that's happened semi-frequently for some time now.
Why? Why is this platform such a buggy mess? I'm really struggling with it. It's just caused a heap of frustration, I have no idea why Apple would neglect any of their services but especially this one.

Original Title: Apple Music is a complete buggy mess. It deleted my playlist on me. I might have to go back to Spotify. What is the deal? Is there any way to make it a more seamless experience?
