iPad Apple Music Playlist selections grayed out. Won't play indicating out of country or region.

This is frustrating. I have had this working for years. I recently installed the latest IOS-IPAD release. Not sure if that caused the issue but it possibly started then. My PC is a MS-WIN-11. I am using the new Apple apps (i.e., Apple Device, Apple Music) for updating my iPad-Pro, OS-Version 26.6. Apple-Music will play songs on the WIN-11 without issue, whether from Artists/Albums/Songs/Playlist. I can SYNC my iPad to the WIN-11 Apple Music library via the Apple Device app, but when I go to my 'Playlists' on the iPad, most of the songs are 'grayed' out. If I select one of these 'grayed' song entries it reports "This item is not currently available in your country or region", even though that same song will play on the iPad if I select it under Artist/Albums/Songs. I am stumped and frustrated.
