Bad service at Switch Kuala Terengganu Mayang Mall

bad service,the expert online service said can walk in at anytime. But by the time I arrive the store they said no more expert and need to make appointment,all services end 6PM.

i paid for Apple coverage and I need to follow their schedule and until 6pm is really so convenient for Apple while charging customer how much the apple protection.
