How to resolve 'iTunes store is temporarily unavailable' error when de-authorizing all computers?

When attempting to de-authorize all computers, I get an error saying 'the iTunes store is temporarily unavailable'. I have received this for several days now. I am logged in. iTunes is updated and running the most current version. I am on a PC running an up-to-date version of Windows 11.

UPDATE: Towards the bottom of the 'gethelp/apple.com/solutions' page Neal linked below, there was an option under the suggested articles that says 'get more help'; that opened an options dialogue with a link to start a chat. The associate there asked some qualifying questions, then suggested that I speak with a senior associate on the phone (yay! humans!). The senior associate stated that "it is weird" and sometimes these "things just show up". They were able to complete the de-authorize all on their back end which resolved my issue. This whole thing took about 40 minutes, so not bad compared to hours of googling for a result!

Hoping this helps anyone else that encounters this issue in the future.

Hi Neal - I would love to do that! However, I have been unsuccessful in getting past the AI. When I enter in the description of the issue, it keeps prompting me to reset my password. I do not need to reset my password. I am logged in already.

Is there another link or forum where someone from Apple can help? Or is there another method to re-authorize / de-authorize computers?
