iPhone Name and Photo Sharing not updating for contacts

Hello. I recently updated my contact card poster and photo, however, it is not updating for my contacts on their end. I noticed my mom and my brother still have my old contact profile picture and poster saved and it never updated for them even when I updated it for them on the spot. Everything was set to always share automatically to contacts only. I have Name and Photo sharing enabled but it will never update to my new contact profile picture or poster regardless of what I do. I updated my iphone and they also have their phones updated as well. Could this be an issue on apple end?

Name and Photo Sharing on iOS often fails to update automatically due to Apple server sync delays, outdated contact links, or strict device privacy settings. Even with "Always Share" enabled, your contacts' phones may hold onto cached versions of your old poster until manual overrides or cache resets are performed.

Common Fixes for Name and Photo Sharing

Check Your Share Settings

Open the Contacts app on your iPhone and tap your My Card at the very top.
Tap Contact Photo & Poster and check if Name & Photo Sharing is turned on.
Verify that Share Automatically is toggled on, or set to Always Ask if automatic pushing fails.
Ensure your correct phone number and Apple ID email are selected under You Can Be Reached By.

have the other people try and restart their devices? I had that happening when my mom and dad changed theirs, a quick reboot at my end fixed it

I've done all of this with multiple people. Nothing has helped my profile picture on their end update at all. Theirs is also not updating for me on my end.
