Watch Weather Complication not appearing

Has anyone found a fix for Apple Watch Weather Complications showing “Off” by default or not showing once I select other complication other than weather?

I have Series 9, with all the updates, paired to iPhone 14 Plus installed with updates.

I followed all of the recommended solutions on Forum and web but did NOT work for me.

It was triggered after I decided to reset my Watch.

Maybe I shouldn’t have reset it.

I already reported to Apple.
