Status of Home app devices not syncing across the network

I am setting up a new house equipped with multiple wi-fi devices which I would like to control via the Home application. After some effort, I managed to get all the devices on line and responsive to commands using an iPhone 15 (iOS 26.6) and a MacBook Air (OS 26.5.2). However, my iPad Pro (iOS 26.6), which is of course on the same wifi network, tells me some of the devices are not responding, so the status of the devices is not syncing across the network. How can I correct this? Is it a question of the "hub" device? I should say that I also have four HomePods on this network as well, but no Apple TV (yet). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Please disregard my last post. I discovered that by toggling off the Home application in the iCloud and restarting the troublesome device, and re-enabling Home in iCloud, all the devices synced without a problem. Nothing works like simplicity itself, yes?
