Genius Bar Appointment cancellation

Using the Apple Support app or the Apple Support website, sign in using your Apple Account, look for the section labeled “Reservations” or “Appointments”, find your scheduled appointment, select it, and pick Cancel or Reschedule.

You should have received an email with your Genius Bar details.

Scroll down and click on Manage Reservation or Cancel and Reschedule options.
